Position Objectives:
The Dakota Women's Correctional Rehab Center (DWCRC) Warden will manage oversight of the DWCRC located in New England, ND. They will ensure the safety and security of staff, residents, and facility as well as compliance with laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement programs to improve correctional services and resident welfare. Other duties may be assigned by the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center (SWMCCC) Board of Directors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven years of experience in an adult correctional setting
- Five years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a correctional setting
