Position Objectives:

The Stark County Board of Commissioners is seeking an individual to be appointed to serve on the Stark County Weed Control Board from District 3, who resides in the Stark County portion of TWP140N - Range 93-91W, TWP139N - Range 93-91W.  Upper right portion of Stark County, bordering Dunn County, Mercer County, and Morton County.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend Meetings, review correspondence, discuss weed control within Stark County and vote on action items.

Minimum Requirements:

Must reside in District #3 which includes T139N - R93W-R91W; T140N - R93W-R91W.  This is located in the Northeast part of the County, bordering Dunn County, Mercer County, and Morton County.

Desirable Training and Experience:

Knowledge with cost share and North Dakota noxious weeds is preferred.
