Position Objectives:

The Stark County Board of Commissioners is seeking an individual to be appointed to serve on the Stark County Weed Control Board from District 1, who resides in the Stark County portion of TWP140N - Range 97-99W, TWP139N - Range 97-99W.  Upper left portion of Stark County, bordering Billings County and Dunn County.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend Meetings, review correspondence, discuss weed control within Stark County and vote on action items.

Minimum Requirements:

Must reside in District #1 which includes T139N - R97W-R99W; T140N - R97W-R99W.  This is located in the Northwest part of the County, bordering Billings County and Dunn County.

Desirable Training and Experience:

Knowledge with cost share and North Dakota noxious weeds is preferred.
