Stark County Tax Equalization Office Updating Building Photos

The Stark County Director of Equalization office will be out reviewing new construction, doing some spot checking, & reviewing 2024 sales information which is required by ND Century Code.  This includes updating photos as needed. Our office is currently working on new year values which means we will be traveling throughout Stark County. Property owner letters were not sent out for this since the focus is on new construction and those homes may or may not be lived in, or the property may still be under the builder.

The Stark County vehicle is a silver/grey Honda CRV and is marked with Stark County Decals on both backside windows. Please don’t be alarmed if you see this county vehicle pull into your yard, stop and take a picture of your residence and any other outbuildings. Keeping the files up to date helps keep values current and equalized according to ND Century Code.
