Recorder's Office Conducted Searches
- The recorder's office may conduct simple searches, such as finding specific documents, most recent deed recorded, etc.
- If the documents requested require extensive research, fees will be applied. The first hour of searching is free of charge, any subsequent hours will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Copy fees will also be applied to any documents found during the search.
- Please keep in mind these searches are done at the discretion of the recorder and will be done as time allows around regular office duties.
