If there are multiple applicants applying at the same time, the additional fee will only be charged once as all applications will be mailed in the same envelope.

Example:

One applicant expedite fee: $35.00 + $28.95 = $63.95 total to Stark County Recorder

Two applicants expedite fee: $63.95 + $35.00 = $98.95 total to Stark County Recorder
