FEES ARE PER APPLICANT.

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE FEES MUST HAVE SEPARATE PAYMENT FOR EACH APPLICATION.

STARK COUNTY RECORDER FEES MAY BE PAID TOGETHER FOR MULTIPLE APPLICANTS, BUT MUST BE SEPARATE FROM DEPARTMENT OF STATE FEES.

IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RENEWAL PROCESS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY THE STARK COUNTY RECORDER FEE.

For the Stark County Recorder EXPEDITE FEE:

If there are multiple applicants applying at the same time, the additional fee will only be charged once as all applications will be mailed in the same envelope.

Example:

One applicant expedite fee: $35.00 + $31.11 = $66.11 total to Stark County Recorder

Two applicants expedite fee: $66.11 + $35.00 = $101.11 total to Stark County Recorder

Three applicants expedite fee: $66.11 + $70.00 = $136.11 total to Stark County Recorder
