The Stark County Board of Commission requires landowners owning land adjacent to county roads

to cut weeds and remove hay bales from ditches in the county right of way by October 5th. 

The maximum stubble height allowed is 5 inches. Minimum cut width of six feet from the edge

of the roadway to the ditch with no windrow of cut grass or weeds.

Please rake windrow made by swather off top of roadway.
